The number of motorhomes on Britain’s roads has increased in recent years as more and more people are looking to take their holidays in the UK rather than abroad. Although buying motorhomes and caravans from new can be an expensive business there are plenty of options available for people who only have a limited budget at their disposal. For example, there are a number of firms, many of which are based in locations where caravanning holidays are especially popular, that will be able to hire out motorhomes and other similar vehicles to their clients for a fee. This is usually significantly cheaper than purchasing even a very cheap second hand motorhome. Also many of the garages that exclusively deal in motorhomes and caravans will often have a variety of special payment schemes available for their customers who want to purchase a vehicle on finance. This is an excellent way to make paying for a motorhome less of a burden as the initial cost of these vehicles can sometimes be extremely high.

Once you’ve purchased you caravan or motorhome you’ll undoubtedly be looking for somewhere where you can take it. Thankfully most caravan parks and campsites throughout the UK welcome people in motorhomes and many of these sites that are members of the caravan club will be able to offer special discounts and perks to people in motorhomes.  If you are looking at motorhomes and caravans and seriously considering purchasing one of these vehicles then it may also be worth investing in membership to the caravan club too.
